They are responsible for application administration, troubleshooting, developing reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), and managing integrations.
Key roles include implementing modules, upgrading systems, and collaborating with functional teams. Key Responsibilities * Module Expertise: Specializing in specific areas such as Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or Procurement. * Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving functional and technical issues, analyzing errors, and providing user support. * Reporting & Analytics: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher. * Integration & Data Management: Facilitating data migration and integration with other systems using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
