Job Description We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Contractor to join our dynamic team supporting U.S. Bank commercial credit card clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, technical troubleshooting, and helpdesk ticketing systems and a proven ability to diagnose issues, drive timely resolutions, and ensure client satisfaction across phone, email, and chat channels. This role supports a 24x7 support center and is designated as remote. It supports Federal Government accounts and requires passing a post-employment GSA screening, including criminal and background checks. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance for online commercial card management platforms via phone, email, and chat. Listen to clients, troubleshoot root causes, and determine appropriate resolution paths to closure. Document, track, and manage cases using helpdesk ticketing systems. Collaborate with account management and internal teams to resolve complex issues. Support a 24x7 environment with adherence to schedules and service levels. Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and escalate when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years of customer service experience. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Effective telephone and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate resolutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Ability to manage time to support multiple clients while maintaining service quality. Ability to identify issues and resolve or escalate appropriately. Why BCforward?
