We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to support our residential installation and service departments. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our customers and our operations team — keeping schedules running smoothly, phones answered, and administrative functions moving without a hitch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule residential installation and service appointments
• Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external customers
• Handle incoming customer and associate relations calls
• Provide reception coverage as needed
• Process accounts payable invoices
• Serve as payroll liaison
• Support general operations and administrative functions, including supply ordering, filing, and backup coverage when the Lead Administrator is unavailable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of related experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Heavy phone or call handling experience is a plus
• Accounts payable knowledge is a plus
