Grafton Oaks Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee employee onboarding, payroll preparation, and general HR operations for our facility.
We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center under strong, supportive management — and we’re looking for someone who can keep our employee processes organized, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records
Prepare payroll for submission to third-party processor
Track timecards, attendance, and pay changes
Manage employee status changes, terminations, and benefit enrollments
Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Assist department heads with HR-related inquiries and documentation
Support recruiting efforts and new hire processing
Requirements:
Previous HR experience required, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
Knowledge of payroll processes and HR compliance practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
