Join the TECO-Westinghouse Team TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking a highly organized Renewal Parts Specialist to support our aftermarket and renewal parts operations.
In this role, you'll coordinate customer orders from start to finish, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all contractual requirements are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment.
Process customer orders following established company procedures.
Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.
Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation.
Prepare all required shipping and contract documentation prior to shipment.
Meet with customers, inspectors, and field representatives as needed.
Maintain accurate shipping information and approvals.
Support inventory and renewal parts documentation for TECO-Westinghouse motors.
Assist in training new team members as the department grows.
Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours as required.
Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0–2 years of experience in contracts administration, customer service, order management, operations, or a related business function.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
Preferred Skills Contract administration or order management experience.
Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
