Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
A Material Handler carefully counts and verifies the identity and quantity of all materials processed and ensures that all materials are stored in the correct locations. This position is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy and requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Move raw material parts in and out of the system using QAD, Eagle, KBM.
- Count and verify the identity and quantity of all materials pulled with high accuracy.
- Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations.
- Perform cycle counts of parts in selected locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Material Handling experience
- Familiarity with inventory accuracy and control methods
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory control processes and methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- RF Scanner experience
- Pallet jack experience
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.75/hr.
