Hamilton Connections is seeking parts handlers at a manufacturing company in Enfield, CT.

Currently they are operating on a 4 day work week 10 hours per day.

1st shift - 8 : 00am - 6 : 30pm

3rd shift - 8 : 00pm - 6 : 30am

The pay is $18+ / hour with a $1,000.00 hiring bonus after 3 months.

Job responsibilities :

  • load and feed parts onto furnace belt
  • keep parts properly organized to avoid mixing
  • follow procedures to complete assigned tasks
  • obtain all necessary supplies to complete task
  • ensure manufacturing area is clean and organized
  • verify all paperwork

Job Requirements :

  • prior manufacturing exp.
  • have ability to read and listen to instructions in English
  • flexibility to work overtime
  • basic computer skills
  • lift up to 50 lbs.
  • be able to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms
  • have reliable transportation
