The Opportunity :

CACI is actively searching for a System Engineer to support Detect to Engage systems with engineering analysis and analytical assessment of the system's readiness, at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona. Responsibilities :

Use multiple databases to determine RM&A metrics and assess systems readiness.

Combine and integrate failure data to analyze and assess a single system, multi system, or system of systems readiness.

Develop and document a single system or system of systems reliability models and criteria for scoring system failure events.

Research and learning navy systems.

Use readiness assessment tools, Navy or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS).

Learn and use the established data editing process including data review and data extraction & loading.

Qualifications : Required :

Relevant Degree (BS in Engineering) or US Navy equivalent work experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Desired :

Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance Preferred.

Knowledge of probability theory and its application in the fi eld of reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A).

Knowledge of Navy organization, structure, ship classes, and shipboard systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is :

$63,800 - 127,500 USD
