We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth and build relationships in the Dallas Fort Worth territory. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance revenue growth and profitability. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling techniques. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management. Create customized proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging product innovations. Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and expense tracking. Required Qualifications 5–10 years of proven success in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Ability to travel within the territory (approximately 2–3 nights per week). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in corrugated packaging sales. Strong network within the Dallas Fort Worth market.
