This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with manufacturing experience to work in a structured, team-oriented environment This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging: Manually package kits and feed raw materials onto the production line. Quality Control: Test and inspect parts for in-process quality checks and recognize any deviations from specifications. Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and document procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Inventory: Pull raw materials for orders and maintain an organized workspace. Compliance: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and housekeeping protocols. Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning functions of the equipment and work area. PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic proficiency with PCs and a Windows environment. Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read/evaluate charts and diagrams. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
