Our Bread/Pizza and Pasta Makers are responsible for the daily preparation of dough for the bread/pizza and pasta served in our restaurant. A background in bread, pizza, and pasta making is preferred. Applicants should be creative and passionate! If the position is for Alta Via Pizzeria (AVP) pizza dough prep would be focus.
