Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post payments by interpreting EOBs and remittance statements
- Enter payment data into the system with a high level of accuracy
- Identify patient vs. payor responsibility while posting payments
- Collaborate with AR and leadership teams to resolve posting questions
- Maintain productivity in a high‑volume, data‑entry‑focused role
- Minimize phone communication; most work is system‑based
Qualifications:
- Experience interpreting EOBs and explanation of payments
- Understanding of accounts receivable workflows and collections processes
- Strong data entry and numeric keypad skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable work history with demonstrated tenure
- Comfortable working in a large, open office environment with noise
