In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Required Skill and Experience • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.• Experience in Designing and developing Pega applications, workflows, case types, and user interfaces.• Experience in Configuring and implementing: o Case Typeso Flows and Flow Actionso Decision Ruleso Data Pageso Data Transformso Activitieso Integrationso Reports and Dashboardso Job schedulers and Queue Processors• Experience in Developing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, PAL, and PDC.• Ability Optimize application performance and implement best practices.• Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies• Experience in release management. Preferred Skill and Experience Ability to work in global delivery model Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
