We are hiring a PEGA Developer/PEGA Analyst!
Role: Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst (Pega CDH)
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Open to Hybrid in Merrifield, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL.
Assignment Type: Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 months with possible extension/conversion to full time
Position Description:
We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst with strong experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support a high-impact Member Communication Orchestration & Analytics team (Next Best Interaction).
In this role, you’ll translate personalized behavioral insights into true omnichannel inbound and outbound experiences, helping scale a fast-growing Next Best Interaction program. You’ll build and launch insights in Pega CDH, define and validate targeting logic, collaborate across agile teams, troubleshoot decisioning issues, and continuously optimize performance post‑launch.
This is a delivery-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys turning requirements into activation-ready logic, improving personalization strategies, and driving measurable member engagement.
Qualifications:
- Hands‑on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) decisioning (decision strategies, engagement/contact policies, treatments)
- Ability to translate marketing or customer experience requirements into actionable targeting and personalization logic
- Strong analytics and data validation skills, including SQL, with ability to explain results to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum or SAFe) environments, including user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and release support
- Clear written and verbal communicator who can align business and technical teams and move decisions forward
Preferred:
- Pega Decisioning Consultant or Certified Pega Data Scientist certification
- Experience with omnichannel personalization (inbound/outbound orchestration, prioritization, suppression, channel preferences)
- Partnership with Data Science teams on predictors, models, or segmentation
- Familiarity with modern analytics and BI tools (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI) and productivity tools (, M365 Copilot)
- Exposure to digital banking or financial services personalization/decisioning programs
Compensation & Benefits
