Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
QCELLS Home Energy Solutions seeks a Commissioning and Performance Analyst to monitor projects through administrative and specialized expertise with the Home Energy System division. As a Commissioning and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for working within and leading support teams in coordination with the Customer Advocates and 3rd party service providers. Major responsibilities include verification and management of the fleet of residential solar projects post installation, working with internal teams to update customers as well as third party contractors to support on time and correct installation commissioning. This is a key position with the responsibility for solar support operations to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and problem solving and communication skills.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure solar project commissioning is 100% complete and accurate before issuing approval to internal finance teams.
- Manage quality of construction and adherence to scope of work for system performance.
- Issue deficiency notices to installs with commissioning errors.
- Proactive fleet management for all systems in service, to confirm performance and monitoring expectations.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best-practices.
- Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
