Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Integrated Services Business Analyst. This individual will add the most value to the company by utilizing technology to answer wide-ranging business questions and by making recommendations for solutions and to support operational excellence. The Business Analyst defines problems, identifies appropriate data sources, conducts analysis, and translates findings into actionable recommendations that support operational excellence and continuous improvement. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting service quality, compliance, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows
  • Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas
  • Promote organization-wide consistency in processes, safety practices, and risk mitigation
  • Evaluate initiative effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Data & Analytics

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes impacting service quality, compliance, and outcomes
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and visual mock-ups for data and analytics teams
  • Support the development, monitoring, and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas
  • Assist in driving solutions toward automation and scalable reporting tools

Reporting & Development

  • Develop and distribute regular reports and dashboards to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and functionality of reporting tools and electronic records
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and ad hoc data requests
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategy

Communication & Leadership

  • Serve as a liaison among programs, compliance, operations, IT, and leadership to promote best practices
  • Facilitate quality reviews, action planning, and follow-up on findings, near misses, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain dotted-line communication with back-office departments to ensure alignment and accountability across shared processes
  • Support staff training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, quality, and safety
  • Communicate clearly across departments to ensure consistent implementation of initiatives across all states and programs

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate data trends
  • Demonstrated ability to solve operational and organizational challenges tactfully and effectively
  • Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision and high accountability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
  • Willingness to travel and complete training as required
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
