Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking homeowners on a daily basis, so bilingual fluency is required.

Role Summary

As a Sales Representative (Producer) at Vibe Sales, you are a frontline revenue generator responsible for engaging with prospects, building meaningful conversations, and driving measurable sales results.

This is a fast-paced, goal-driven field role designed for individuals who are:

You will learn a proven sales framework, work toward performance goals, and have a clear path to advance into Builder and Leadership roles within the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Producer, your focus is simple: learn, execute, and produce.

Your responsibilities include:

• Selling residential telecom services door-to-door

• Walking neighborhoods and working outdoors daily

• Having face-to-face conversations with homeowners

• Communicating effectively with customers in English and Spanish

• Explaining simple, high-demand products and services

• Generating and closing sales independently

• Representing a nationally recognized brand professionally

• Tracking activity and sales results in company systems

• Staying accountable to performance standards and coaching feedback

No prior sales experience is required — we train the right people.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only sales position designed for individuals who want their income to reflect their effort and performance.

Compensation includes:

• Commission-only pay structure

• Competitive pay per sale

• Weekly payouts

• No income cap

Illustrative earnings (not guarantees):

• New Producers: $600–$1,200/week once ramped

• Consistent Producers: $75K–$100K+ annually
