What this job involves:
The Supplier Performance Management Specialist provides critical support to Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies, with primary focus on establishing and managing the account's Supplier Performance Management program from the ground up. You'll design and implement standardized supplier scorecards, performance evaluation frameworks, and governance structures that support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining documentation to support program oversight and audit readiness. The position requires you to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate supplier Quarterly Business Reviews, preparing performance scorecards and reporting materials while guiding productive conversations focused on service delivery and operational alignment. You'll track supplier performance against contractual service levels and operational expectations, identify trends and risks, and coordinate with operations and procurement teams to address performance gaps through corrective action plans. The role involves managing supplier performance escalations in coordination with operations and sourcing category managers, documenting issues and remediation plans, and facilitating timely resolution discussions with suppliers. You'll support onboarding and orientation of new suppliers within a large and complex vendor environment, ensuring they understand account processes, operational expectations, and documentation requirements while maintaining ongoing engagement to reinforce standards. This position demands the ability to operate independently and build structure within a developing program, requiring comfort facilitating performance discussions and managing escalation situations. Consistent availability during standard business hours with reliable technology access for real-time responsiveness through phone, email, and video collaboration is essential to support time-sensitive client needs.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:
- Design and implement the account's Supplier Performance Management program including standardized supplier scorecards, performance evaluation frameworks, and governance structures while maintaining documentation and reporting to support program oversight and audit readiness
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate supplier Quarterly Business Reviews, preparing performance scorecards and reporting materials, guiding productive conversations focused on service delivery and performance improvement, and tracking action items to ensure follow-up commitments are completed
- Track supplier performance against contractual service levels and operational expectations, maintain and update supplier scorecards and performance reporting, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to supplier performance
- Manage supplier performance escalations in coordination with operations and sourcing category managers, documenting and tracking performance issues and remediation plans while facilitating timely resolution discussions with suppliers
- Support onboarding and orientation of new suppliers to ensure understanding of account processes, operational expectations, and documentation requirements while maintaining ongoing engagement to reinforce performance standards within a large and complex vendor environment
- Develop and manage internal stakeholder feedback processes to support supplier performance evaluations, collecting and consolidating recurring feedback from operational stakeholders and incorporating input into supplier scorecards and performance discussions
- Ensure compliance with JLL's and client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics standards while maintaining data integrity across all systems and ensuring required documentation is received
- Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards and are formally reviewed and approved
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to address performance gaps and implement corrective action plans that drive continuous improvement across the supplier base
- Provide guidance to suppliers on performance standards, reporting expectations, and compliance requirements while regularly providing detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing, vendor management, supplier performance management, or contract management experience for services or indirect categories
- Experience managing supplier performance reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing facility services or operational service providers
- Experience with procurement systems including Jaggaer, Corrigo, or Aravo

Estimated compensation for this position:
76,100.00 122,700.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
