Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. The selected candidate must reside in the US and reside within the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.

What this job involves:

The Supplier Performance Management Specialist provides critical support to Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies, with primary focus on establishing and managing the account's Supplier Performance Management program from the ground up. You'll design and implement standardized supplier scorecards, performance evaluation frameworks, and governance structures that support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining documentation to support program oversight and audit readiness. The position requires you to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate supplier Quarterly Business Reviews, preparing performance scorecards and reporting materials while guiding productive conversations focused on service delivery and operational alignment. You'll track supplier performance against contractual service levels and operational expectations, identify trends and risks, and coordinate with operations and procurement teams to address performance gaps through corrective action plans. The role involves managing supplier performance escalations in coordination with operations and sourcing category managers, documenting issues and remediation plans, and facilitating timely resolution discussions with suppliers. You'll support onboarding and orientation of new suppliers within a large and complex vendor environment, ensuring they understand account processes, operational expectations, and documentation requirements while maintaining ongoing engagement to reinforce standards. This position demands the ability to operate independently and build structure within a developing program, requiring comfort facilitating performance discussions and managing escalation situations. • Ensure compliance with JLL's and client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics standards while maintaining data integrity across all systems and ensuring required documentation is received
  • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards and are formally reviewed and approved
