You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.

As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to shape the client’s human spaceflight mission by leading test and verification efforts. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skill set into areas like digital transformation. Join our team and create the future of human spaceflight.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience integrating avionics systems for space vehicles such as Electrical Power Systems (EPS), Crew Interface Systems, Audio, Voice, Flight Computers, Lighting, or Command and Data Handling (C&DH) systems
  • 3+ years of experience testing integrated avionics and software systems for space platforms or large-scale platforms
  • 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in space systems, including integrating hardware, electronic circuits, and components into larger systems, and ensuring compatibility
  • Ability to drive a technical problem to conclusion while considering technical and programmatic constraints and coordinating with senior management
  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and project management functions in support of integrating test facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Human Space Flight Programs
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues related to ground, software, or hardware systems, including root cause analysis, testing, and deployment
  • Experience developing and executing detailed test plans, including functional testing and performance verification of prototypes and final assemblies
  • Experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues with multiple customers, stakeholders, and engineers
  • Possession of strong verbal, written, and technical documentation skills, to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field
