The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of campaign execution and optimization across our paid channels.

This is a high-impact role where you will be trusted to manage budgets, drive qualified lead flow, and continuously improve performance. You won’t just execute, you’ll optimize, analyze, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns
  • Manage and optimize budgets with a focus on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and scale
  • Build and execute structured A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
  • Develop and refine landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels and opportunities
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights into leadership
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
  • Proven track record of driving consistent, measurable ROI and lead generation at scale
  • Strong experience managing campaigns in digital channels
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization
  • Highly analytical. You’re comfortable making decisions based on data and performance metrics
  • Experience managing meaningful ad spending and optimizing for efficiency
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong ownership mindset, you take full responsibility for results

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution tools
  • Strong copywriting instincts and experience testing creative variations
