We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with proficiency in building custom-scoped applications using Creator workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design and management.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, leveraging MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) OR MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) stack technologies.

2. Design and implement custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications.

4. Perform database design, optimization, and management tasks to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within ServiceNow.

5. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing RESTful APIs and other integration techniques.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications.

7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies.

8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on building custom applications and workflows.

3. Proficiency in MERN OR MEAN stack development, including strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

4. Extensive experience with database design, optimization, and management, preferably within ServiceNow or a similar platform.

5. Demonstrated ability to build custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within ServiceNow.

6. Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good-to-have Qualifications :

1. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

4. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools.

5. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
