Senior Web Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands‑on, full‑stack development role with a strong back‑end focus, ideal for someone experienced in both Python and PHP, who can also deliver clean, modern front‑end interfaces using React and Next.js. The Senior Web Developer will play a key role in architecting APIs, integrating headless CMS platforms, and supporting dynamic, data‑driven websites.

Location :

Remote (Must work Pacific Time Zone hours)

Compensation :

This job is expected to pay about $130,000-$140,000 annually DOE

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications, with an emphasis on back‑end services and integrations.

Build and optimize APIs and serverless functions using Python, PHP, and AWS Lambda.

Develop dynamic and responsive front‑end experiences using JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js (TypeScript familiarity a plus).

Work with headless CMS platforms (Hygraph or similar) to integrate structured content and improve workflow efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams-including design, product, and QA-to deliver high‑quality web solutions.

What Gets You the Job :

5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack web development with strong back‑end expertise (Python and / or PHP).

Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js with exposure to TypeScript.

Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, or similar serverless and database technologies.

Hands‑on experience with headless CMS platforms such as Hygraph, Contentful, Strapi, or similar).

Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment.
