Marvin Test Solutions is a fast growing, Test & Measurement Company with a solid position as the leader in the PXI/PC-based automated test systems industry. Located in sunny Southern California, USA in the heart of technology development in Orange County.Responsibilities: Marvin Test Solutions is growing and needs a Student Engineer. As a team member in a small group developing airborne electronic equipment, you will be selecting, ordering, logging, following-up and expediting part orders, researching the Internet and other written material, creating electrical drawings and documents, doing some basic electronic design and experiments. Writing software code. Documenting all of the above. You will also participate in the preparation of the product for extensive environmental tests, and monitoring the product while those tests are run. We are looking for a part time (15-25 hrs/wk) second- or third-year intern majoring in Electrical Engineering, Physics, CS or ME with a high level of organizational skills. Required Recent Experience / Knowledge: • Good working experience with Windows. • MS Word and Excel required. Preferred Experience and Knowledge: • Good understanding of electronics, math, computers and physics. • Team-oriented person. • Motivated and dependable.
