Location: Modesto, CA Pay Rate: $19.70 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 Months) Openings: 1 Positions

Kelly Services is currently seeking dependable and motivated Scanner / Picker Packers (Order Fillers) for a warehouse position in Modesto, CA. This role is responsible for accurately picking, scanning, and packing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners
• Ensure the correct number and type of products are selected and prepared for shipment
• Retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves to fulfill orders
• Accurately count and verify inventory by location
• Transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 012 months of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read instructions, follow procedures, and perform basic math
• Basic familiarity with warehouse procedures and operations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work the assigned shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Frequent walking throughout the shift
• Constant standing
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing, and kneeling
• Ability to operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment (approximately 90% indoor / 10% outdoor)
• May require the use of protective safety equipment
• Must follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines
