Raytheon - Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) - Global Patriot Product Line is seeking highly motivated talent to serve as the Patriot Ground Product Line (PL) Proposal Specialist to join a growing team within the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). The success candidate will lead review and consolidation inputs across multiple essential proposal artifacts; while working closely with cross-functional teams to include 24/7 Operation groups.
What You Will Do:
- Manage proposals and associated cost and pricing reviews
- Manage program start-up activities through the approval cycle
- Support the Product Line (PL) Proposal Lead as needed
- Coordinate proposal status and key action items resolution
- Manage PL proposal guidelines and processes to ensure alignment across the organization
- Support development and implementation of proposal process enhancements (i.e. Core projects)
- Provide capture, costing, investment, and execution related actions
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Estimating and Pricing and/or administrative functions
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US "Secret" level security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA. This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: here. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
