Job Title: Applications Analyst
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 87 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $75 – $80 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to support enterprise financial systems and metadata management initiatives. This role involves performing moderate to complex analysis, monitoring system resources, evaluating business processes, and presenting historical trends to enhance departmental effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation combined with deep expertise in Oracle EPM and enterprise data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial and enterprise application systems

  • Monitor system performance and evaluate process improvements

  • Present reporting insights and historical trend analysis to stakeholders

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise metadata applications

  • Ensure consistent business rules and data governance across systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM

Required Qualifications & Skills

Functional Expertise:

  • Strong accounting background with understanding of:

    • P&L statements

    • Balance sheet structures

    • General Ledger (GL) segments

    • Metadata-driven reporting and financial close processes

  • Ability to support Master Data Management (MDM) for Supply Chain and HCM

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep experience with Oracle EPM Stack, including:

    • EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)

    • EPM Data Integration

  • Strong development experience using:

    • SQL / PL-SQL

    • Groovy

    • JSON

    • REST APIs

  • Hands-on experience designing and building Oracle EDMCS solutions, including:

    • Viewpoints

    • Node types

    • Data mappings

    • Subscriptions

    • Validations

    • Workflows

  • Experience building and automating EDMCS exports/extracts using APIs

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud for end-to-end metadata deployment automation
