How you’ll make an impact:
Collaborate with SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio Production team to create a sports radio programs centered on golf. Candidate will handle a checklist of technical duties, and work with producers to generate content by brainstorming ideas, finding supporting audio, and getting music for the shows
What you’ll do:
The role includes creating detailed show reports for internal use and review.
You will be responsible for screening listener calls to ensure quality interactions on air.
Identifying and pulling top audio segments and guest interviews for broadcast and digital platforms.
Archive completed shows in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Updating PAD/PDT on-screen data to maintain accurate and timely program information.
Upload shows to the On-Demand platform
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a radio production, journalism, sports management field or equal relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a production environment
Strong golf knowledge preferred
Familiarity with Audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Zetta, Galaxy, VX Producer)
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $21.00/hour and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
