Service Plumber (Residential & Commercial)

Status: Full-time 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Richmond, CA

Position Summary

PrideStaff has partnered with a premier local service leader to identify a high-level, professional Service Plumber who is passionate about their craft but seeking a better work-life balance. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional who is ready to move away from the traditional "on-call" lifestyle.

The Role

As a Service Plumber, you will serve as the face of the company. You will manage a diverse range of service calls, from routine maintenance and system upgrades to urgent plumbing emergencies. Your primary objective goes beyond technical repairs; you are there to provide expert solutions and peace of mind through exceptional service.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No On-Call: Your evenings and weekends belong to you.
  • Focus: Pure plumbing service (no restoration or mitigation work required).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $30.00 to $50.00/hour + Commission. (Based on experience)
  • Equipment: You will be provided a branded company van, all necessary tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Professionalism: High-quality uniforms provided.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience.
  • Service Excellence: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a "customer-first" mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of general plumbing repairs, emergency troubleshooting, and water heater systems.
  • Clean Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate the company van.
  • Nicotine-Free: Ability to adhere to our strictly nicotine-free policy while on duty and in company vehicles/client homes.

Bonus Points (Highly Desired)
While not required, we’d love to talk to you if you have experience in:
  • ServiceTitan software (for dispatching and invoicing).
  • Tankless Water Heater installation and repair.
  • Water Treatment systems (softeners, filtration, etc.).
