  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and determine root cause of control breaks
  • Create and perform ongoing analysis of KRI/KPI and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies

  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Analytic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use intermediate functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Analytic Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
