A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst for an 11-month contract position, primarily remote, in Mebane, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in capturing and documenting functional requirements and specifications for product configuration tools
Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to align tool functionality with product strategies
Define and implement product rules to ensure valid and compliant product configurations
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality and quality of configuration tools
Provide training sessions and ongoing support for effective tool adoption
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in documenting functional requirements and creating test plans
Familiarity with product configuration systems and rule-based logic
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is preferred
Experience with configuration management tools or CPQ systems is a plus
