  • Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and the implementation of processes and controls.
  • Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts.
  • Operate as the voice of the project, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational, and project levels.
  • Influence business leaders and stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and determine root cause of control breaks
  • Create and perform ongoing analysis of KRI/KPI and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies

  • Education: BA/BS degree required
  • Experience: 3 + years of project management and process design experience within the Consumer/Business Deposit, Home Lending, or Wealth businesses
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help drive decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must.
  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Analytic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use intermediate functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Analytic Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise: Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and experience working within Control framework and platforms (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping)
  • Cultural Fit: Passionate culture carrier with grit, tenacity, customer obsession, and a balanced focus on 'the what' and 'the how'
