Self-Service Portals: Develop digital workplace solutions to enhance employee engagement and reduce administrative burdens. Business Process Analyst (Portal Enablement) Candidates work to facilitate Self-Service Portals delivering Human Capital Technology Support - Self-Service Portals through Map processes | enable portals | improve engagement. Further, they Analyze business processes, define portal requirements, support workflow optimization and user adoption.
