You'll oversee physical inventories and cycle counts, investigate variances, reconcile inventory and production transactions, maintain cost formulas, and analyze material, labor, overhead, manufacturing, and logistics cost drivers. You'll partner with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, accounting, and finance teams to resolve inventory and costing issues, strengthen internal controls, improve forecast accuracy, and identify cost-reduction and value-creation opportunities. You'll also prepare inventory, costing, and working-capital KPIs, support audits, standardize processes across locations, and provide coaching and technical guidance to project teams and operational users as assigned. WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, operations finance, supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, or a related disciplineExperience with inventory controls, physical inventories, cycle counts, transaction reconciliation, production costing, and variance analysisExperience partnering with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and accounting teamsAdvanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large, detailed data setsExperience with ERP systems and financial or operational reporting toolsStrong understanding of internal controls, documentation, and audit supportAbility to support a multi-site environment and travel as business needs requireExperience in food or high-volume manufacturing, Power BI, standard costing, and certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CSCP are preferred.
