Manufacturing & Process Engineer
Eugene, OR | Full-Time | On-Site
We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing & Process Engineer to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This role is focused on improving production efficiency, supporting equipment reliability, and driving process improvement across the plant.
You’ll spend a good amount of time (about %) on the production floor—working side by side with the team to troubleshoot equipment, run test samples, validate molds, and install new machinery. The rest of your time will be spent designing better systems, analyzing data, and leading improvement projects that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do :
Improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Work with the maintenance team to improve equipment uptime
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures
Design fixtures and jigs to support quality and assembly
Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
Support and troubleshoot PLC systems
Validate molds for new products and ensure quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations
What We’re Looking For :
Background in manufacturing or process engineering
Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or similar)
Experience with process improvement and project management
Comfortable being hands-on and working on the plant floor
Knowledge of PLC systems, tooling, and data analysis
Experience with compression molding is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with material handling, pumps, hydraulics, or 3D printing is also a bonus
