Pay Rate: $36-38/hr, plus $2 shift differential
2nd Shift, 4pm-2:30am, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

What’s a typical day as a Process Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

  • Executing preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) on production equipment and support systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to restore equipment functionality efficiently and safely.
  • Supporting manufacturing operations during setup, changeovers, and equipment startups to ensure smooth production execution.
  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety policies, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documenting maintenance activities accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and process performance.
  • Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to peers and operators.
  • Assisting engineering and facility teams with equipment installation, upgrades, and small capital projects.
  • Supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and participating in safety audits and emergency drills.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience performing maintenance in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (must have).
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical systems and process equipment.
  • Are proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
  • Can work safely and prioritize compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and responding to site emergencies.
  • Are skilled in documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS.
  • Possess strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Are interested in cross-functional training to enhance proficiency across facility and maintenance operations.
