Job Summary and Responsibilities
This is a remote position
As an IT Process Engineer, you will analyze, design, and optimize IT processes, driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving the quality and speed of IT service delivery.
Every day you will map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop and implement new process models, document procedures, and monitor performance, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
To be successful, you will possess strong analytical skills, experience with process mapping tools, a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks, and a proven ability to drive improvement.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct detailed process analysis, including process modeling, simulation, and optimization, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate new product designs and concepts into scalable processes, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Design quality assurance procedures for process validation, qualification, and optimization, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance process capabilities, reduce cycle times, and improve product performance.
