We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking for long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead land development projects from concept through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
- Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scopes
- Coordinate with internal teams (civil, surveying, planning, environmental)
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to business development and client growth
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5–10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
- Proven project and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
- Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
