Position Description:

Business Development/Treasury Management is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding client relationships, with a strong focus on treasury management solutions. This role partners with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking services cash flow, improve operational efficiency, and support overall financial goals.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase deposits, treasury revenue, and overall market share.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Promote and sell treasury management services, ACH origination, wire services, and remote deposit capture.
Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend tailored treasury and banking solutions.
Collaborate with relationship managers and branch teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase treasury management capabilities.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding and implementation.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Provide ongoing relationship management to deepen client engagement and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Knowledge of appropriate banking laws and regulations.

Time management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
Some travel will be required.
Anticipated work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am 6pm (varies) and participation in Saturday rotation of 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Bilingual preferred.
Physical Requirements
Some lifting and moving may be required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing for a long period of time.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field OR 3+ years prior experience in an equivalent field OR experience sufficient to perform the responsibilities as outlined above.
3+ years of experience in business development, banking, or treasury management sales.
