The Senior FP&A Analyst Planning & Controls plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and financial governance at OUES. This hybrid role combines forward-looking financial planning and analysis (approximately 60%)including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingwith finance controls and operational oversight (approximately 40%), including vendor management, invoice workflow monitoring, and support of monthly close activities. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between OUES and its outsourced accounting partner, ensuring financial processes operate efficiently, controls are followed, and financial data is accurate and reliable. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying risks, improving processes, and ensuring financial discipline in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
25 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial operations
Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis)
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
