  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements and operational best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance reviews, audits, and business requirements.
  • Ensure benefit administration activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across business, operational, and vendor teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to implementation and operational initiatives.
  • Provide operational support, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within Medicare Advantage, supplemental benefits, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while working independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications
