Ensure production plants are operated safely, in compliance with applicable requirements, and on schedule to meet internal and external demands, specifications, and regulations.
What You'll Do
Complete required training and learn new processes as needed
Operate plant equipment safely to meet productivity targets, including chemical charging per standard procedures
Monitor processes and adjust control parameters to maintain quality and optimal operation
Perform accurate shift turnovers and complete required documentation
Maintain supplies, raw materials, and a clean, organized work area
Perform physical and operational tasks such as material handling, equipment operation (e.g., forklifts), and routine cleaning
What Success Looks Like
Consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and hazard awareness to support a zero-incident culture
Meet production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
Complete required certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER) and work safely in PPE, confined spaces, and at heights
Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Build and maintain knowledge of plant equipment, packaging systems, and processes
Follow federal and state regulations related to safety, waste management, and environmental compliance
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in math and written and spoken English
Ability to work with computer-operated systems and programs
Two years of experience in a process-related manufacturing environment preferred, but not required

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,100.00 and $78,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
