Payroll Processor

The Opportunity :

Process employee changes and data entry related to payroll for over 30,000 employees. Upload files and assist with year-end processing, military pay differential, short term disability, tax and wage adjustments, and auditing. Provide Tier 3 support for staff. Perform special processing, which may include manual checks, assistance with reconciliations, and interface management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have :

Experience with payroll systems such as Dayforce or Workday

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of expatriate employees and military pay

Knowledge of multi-state compliance, including taxation and reciprocity rules

Ability to calculate and process large volume payroll

Ability to work well independently and within a cooperative team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Dayforce

Experience in accounting

Possession of excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills

CPP or FPC Payroll Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
