  • Support sourcing events by preparing market research, pricing comparisons, cost modeling and supplier evaluation materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align procurement analytics with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, performance metrics and procurement analytics.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier proposals, total cost of ownership and risk assessments to support category strategies.
  • Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cycle times, contract compliance, savings realization and supplier scorecards.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries or supplier performance in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the sourcing leads to implement category strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise procurement goals.
  • Recommend enhancements to procurement processes, tools and policies based on analytical insights and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and support audit, documentation and data-integrity initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, supply chain analytics or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling, trend analysis and generating actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); experience with Coupa, Oracle or similar procurement systems preferred.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement analytics and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
