  • Mercor is seeking qualified B2B Buyers at U.S. Health Plans (Pharmacy Benefit Management) to participate in a short insight study. Individuals should work at U.S. health plans or health insurers and be involved in selecting, contracting with, renewing, or managing external pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). You will complete a 30-minute survey consisting of structured questions. All work is submitted through a secure platform, with verification ensuring one submission per participant.
  • Responsibilities - Provide accurate insights based on your experience with PBM selection, contracting, and management - Share perspectives on vendor evaluation, pricing, and performance metrics - Complete all survey questions thoroughly and submit responses on time * * * ### Requirements Employment status : - Employed full-time - Employed part-time Industry : - Currently working at a U.S. health plan or health insurer Organisation type : - National or regional health plans - Blue Cross Blue Shield (Blues) organisations - Medicaid Managed Care Organisations (MCOs) - Medicare Advantage plans - Commercial insurers - Integrated payer organisations Role : - Pharmacy Director / VP Pharmacy - Head of Pharmacy Benefits - Medical Director (PBM involvement) - Procurement / Strategic Sourcing (Healthcare) - Vendor / Network Management PBM involvement : - Involved in PBM selection, contracting, or pricing - Experience with renewals and vendor evaluation - Ongoing PBM relationship management Decision-making involvement : - Decision-maker or key influencer in PBM-related decisions * * * ### Role Details - One-time engagement — 30 minutes - Structured survey (no audio required) - Compensation : One-time payment of $121 USD
