JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer I - Liaison Engineering
LOCATION: Everett, WA
PAY RATE: $66/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Review and analyze production non-conformances, identifying root causes and developing corrective actions.

  • Apply design principles to assess and resolve structural and system issues throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Document and communicate deviations from specifications that could impact design intent, safety, or compliance.

  • Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including evaluating, approving, and documenting non-conforming parts and assemblies.

  • Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to implement process and product improvements.

  • Provide technical guidance to production teams to ensure conformance to quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited program

  • 5+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering

  • This position supports multiple shifts and may include off-shift, weekend, or travel assignments

  • Candidates may periodically be assigned to first, second, or third shift, as well as weekend or daily overtime

  • Shift requirements vary by site and are typically covered on a rotation basis

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience working with Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft systems or structures

  • Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes

  • Prior Engineering MRB certification
