We are currently looking for a Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Position highlights:
Under general supervision, the Instructor Service Specialist is assigned classes state-wide to conduct quality assurance monitoring. Observe and document instructor activities covertly while maintaining an unassuming role as a class participant. Bring concerns to management attention in regard to infractions of policy or procedures within the NSC classroom through completion of written observation reports.
