Your Compensation: Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $26.15 - $32.69, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $26.15 - $39.23.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient servicing of consumer loans by gathering, interpreting, and using complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.
• Own all post loan closing modifications, including compromised account adjustments, pay off verifications and inquiries, interest assessments and discrepancy verifications.

Requirements:

• Two or more years of experience in lending required.
• Consumer Lending servicing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours: An in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. In your in-person role you will be engaging with team members on a day-to-day basis as the face of Sound Credit Union! Your active participation with coworkers and managers is an essential part of your impactful work.
