Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Program Analyst to support execution of a large-scale HR hiring ramp. This role will focus on tracking, coordination, and process adherence to ensure consistent candidate flow, visibility, and execution across the hiring lifecycle.
This role can be performed remotely in a hybrid Model in office 2-3 days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Maintain real-time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
. Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
. Support interview scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
. Track SLAs (resume review, interview feedback, disposition timelines)
. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates
. Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
. Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
. Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness)
. Ensure data accuracy across systems (ATS, trackers, reporting tools)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
. Strong organizational and follow-up skills
. Ability to operate in structured, process-driven environments
Following experience preferred.
. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
. Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow-based processes

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $ 18.00 per hour.
