Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a -bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. SUMMARY: Responsible for educating and supervision of nursing staff and managing and delivering quality nursing care; serving actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization philosophy of care; ensuring the safety and well-being of each patient. Actively serves as a key member of the Nursing Leadership team. $, SIGN ON BONUS!

Schedule includes one weekend a month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility for ensuring programming, milieu management and regulatory compliance of unit(s).
  • Maintains a system of communication and reporting between all staff on all shifts, as well as with other departments involved in the ongoing operation of the facility.
  • Carries out personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision such as performance management, hiring and onboarding staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of college of nursing. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience in nursing administration or supervision, plus experience in psychiatric nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or compact state.
  • Thorough familiarity of psych pharmacy & the use of psychotropic medications
  • Record of consistently high quality of clinical and interpersonal skills to be a role model to others
