Program Analyst- Hybrid

About the Role:

• As a CBRE Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.
• This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
• This is a Hybrid position in Memphis Tennessee supporting 19 Hospital Campuses.
• You will provide compliance support, perform mock surveys, administrative duties for compliance team including entering work orders and creating reports.
• Seeking strong communication skills, ability to quickly learn new tasks, strong computer skills to including Excel.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and distribute routine reports.
• Distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement.
• Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
• Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
