Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with enterprise clients to support their business objectives

Serve as a liaison between clients, onboarding specialists, and account management to ensure operational excellence

Provide consultative support throughout the client onboarding and project life cycle, managing daily correspondence and escalations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, human resources, or operations

Strong operational and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience with VMS, ATS, or background screening systems is preferred
